The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the convention center. the room's amenities, from the amazing bathroom to the central heating, multi-channel TV, and writing table in the king guest room, were all top-notch. the staff were consistently outstanding throughout our stay.

Everything was great, good service, favourable location so close to Bakersfield, the Rabobank Arena, and several Basque food restaurants. I visited the lobby bar and really enjoyed the cold drinks. Was the best base for trip.

The venue's position was central.

The staff here were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. 😊

It was a nice room and comfortable to stay in overnight.

One complaint I had is that I almost slipped in the shower a lot. The bottom gets extremely slippery, more than other bathtubs I've been in. I could have been seriously hurt if I didn't catch on to the curtains and curtain hanger.

The rooms were very comfortable.

The people staying at the hotel were not friendly, also some of the staff. The key cards needed to be changed because they got de-magnitized. The pool was ok, but unable to go in hot tub, very dirty, and small. The food in the restraurant was satisfactory, but overpriced. Service was satisfactory. Felt very unwelcome throughout the hotel.

There was a foul sewage odor coming from the air conditioning unit. You could also hear what was going on in adjacent rooms very clearly. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and not sure if we'll be back. Overall, it was okay.

Thin walls. We had listen to a family with Two boys that Never saying normally...screaming only.

The place has an excellent location near the arena, offering a comfortable experience with very courteous, hospitable staff who respond promptly to requests.

Amazing location for the Rabbobank theater which was right next door. The room was huge with a great bathroom and comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our well-maintained and brand-new room and loved that this place is conveniently located near the mechanics bank arena, a convenience store, and local restaurants and bar/grills.

The breakfast here offers a great variety of tasty food options.
